Fabulous! We are a senior couple and I was skeptical about staying; however, Smallville Hotel excelled in every area from reception staff, excellent bar/lounge service and staff! Great drinks. The rooms are well appointed and immediately upon request we were provided an extra bathrobe and bed covering. We loved 🥰 everything from the comfy bed, big balcony and Superman!

Stayed for 4 nights
The staff are so warm and the hotel is comfortable and luxurious. The children loved the pool and the buffet was nice.I wanna commend smallville hotel and I advice everyone to come and have this experience.Smallville made my stay in Lebanon amazing!!

Amazing staff. Very professional and helpful. Always a pleasure to visit Smallville. Vibes are amazing !! Rooms are clean, the conference room that we use is very practical. Food is awesome and the lobby provides comfort and relaxation. Top notch !!

Consider the hotel. It should be rated 10 stars. Because it deserves more. The best friendly staff, welcoming and beautiful smiles from everyone. This is my second visit and I recommend it to all friends. The prices are reasonable and the view is very beautiful. Food orders are available 24 hours. And everything is excellent❤

On a personal note I have not tried their rooms but I have tried their massage and Italian restaurant.
The massage was amazing and the two kind Filipina ladies were professional and made us feel comfortable.
The Italian restaurant had great food ehoch were freshly made and the portions were quite generous.
The staff were wonderful and truly embodied the essence of customer service. They were with us in every step of the way and made us feel appreciated.
Special shout out to Mr. Abed who waited on us during our lunch.
