The Hotel first opened in 2013

The Hotel is located in the heart of Badaro, in the museum district, making it the perfect base for Superheroes to explore the city

The Smallville Hotel is the only urban and designed Hotel in town. It was named after the small city Beirut as its perfect reflection believing in superpowers of the young generation led by its main mascot Super Sophie

We wear our superheroes t-shirts with pride, as we believe in the power and strength of oneself, which is reflected in our hotel’s philosophy and design

Yes, the Smallville Hotel is pet-friendly, because we believe that pets can be Superheroes too ( maximum weight of 3 kg)

It takes up to 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower

Food from outside the hotel is not allowed for safety and hygiene reasons

For security reasons, let us take care of your car and pamper you

Yes, we do have an underground car parking area -4$ for single entry or 7$ per 24 hours with multiple entry

We have many outlets in the hotel that serve Itealian, Sushi, fast food and intertanional cuisine

At this time, we do not offer currency exchange services directly at our hotel. To assist you, our concierge team is available to guide you to the nearest and most reliable currency exchange facilities in the area.

Yes, it is mandatory for the safety and security of our guests and the hotel

Please contact our Just Ask team directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, so your item probably has been found by our housekeeping team, delivered to the reception, and stored in the lost and found office.

Arrangements generally do require a minimum and/or maximum length of stay, so they will only be displayed if the arrival dates accord with the booking restrictions. Also, please be aware that arrangements are not bookable on every day of the week. In high seasons, on fair dates or other highly requested dates, it may also occur that the arrangement will not be available

Booking Information

The Smallville Hotel offers several booking options; you can directly contact the hotel anytime via telephone, email, or WhatsApp. The easiest and fastest way is to book via our hotel’s application or website

Our rates are calculated on a daily basis.
Therefore, we cannot give you a general overview of costs. But you can easily enter the arrival dates in our booking engine and our system will search for the best available rates for you

All prices, are on a per-person basis if you choose a room including breakfast

When you book through our application or website, we guarantee, you will get the best rate available

As a Smallville Card owner (Blue, Red, and Gold) you can get a lot of benefits and free vouchers. Every time visiting The Smallville Hotel, you will collect bonus points, which can be exchanged into interesting premiums. You will find more benefits and information about Loyalty cards on our website

If you wish to treat someone with a gift, you can order a Smallville prepaid gift voucher from the Just Ask office

When booking the daily rate, you will generally have the option to book without a credit card. Your room will be reserved until 6 pm on the day of arrival. If you do not check in prior to 6 pm, your reservation will be cancelled automatically without charge. In case of delay please inform us prior to 6 pm. If you no longer require the room we would appreciate it if you would advise us. Other rates can only be booked with credit cards

Yes, in case you forgot your reservation number, you can check in anyway by stating for which name the booking has been made

Rooms Information

The sizes of the rooms vary from category to category. The standard rooms start with a size of 40sqm and the suites between 60 and 90sqm

Yes, we have rooms specially designed for disabled guests, wheelchair accessible

Yes, a limited number of visitors is allowed in the room, 1 visitor in a standard room/2 visitors in a suite each visitor has to submit his/her ID at the reception

Smoking is only allowed in outdoors and open areas, No smoking rooms. In case of violation of policy, you will be charged 150 USD as a penalty

The AC stops working only when the balcony door is not well closed

At The Smallville Hotel, there is of course the possibility to book a breakfast. The cost is 20 USD for a buffet breakfast
